The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific time, please message us and we can create a custom shipping option (e.g., DHL, UPS) to fit your needs.
The TRACKING number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped. Our shipping carrier ( the USPS) will be responsible for the shipping time. We do offer a few different shipping upgrades at checkout. Feel free to send us a message if you need something specific.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for ANY reason once the order was shipped.
Return and Exchange
We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and/or for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
All our jewelry is delicate and handmade so please wear it with care. To prolong life of the jewelry, avoid wearing it while exercising, bathing, and in pool/spa. Please avoid contact with water and lotion. Sterling Silver pieces oxidize with contact to air, so it’s important to seal it when not wearing it.
